We believe that a healthy diet is the foundation for a healthy life. To support this, we provide healthier recipes and products aimed at improving gut health, overall wellness, and addressing some allergies.

Grow your sustainable future:

We are committed to sharing our journey in growing our own food, ensuring that your family can access fresh, healthy produce year-round.

We undertake all these initiatives while building our home and homestead, demonstrating practical, sustainable living.

Breakthrough in Thinking and Spirituality:

Many of the challenges we face begin with our thought patterns and learned behaviors. We are on a journey to improve our thinking and way of living. Our aim is to share and support each other in this process, empowering us to positively impact others’ lives.

Who started The Hutchi Homestead?

Paul and Marosane Hutchinson started The Hutchi Homestead in 2019 to share their journey to get out of the rat race and become debt free. We found others that were doing the same and decided to focus more on sharing wisdom and experiences with others that could be stuck in the same space in life.

We love to encourage and serve other people to break free and build a better future for their families and the society around them. Only in teaming up with others that would like a better future, would make it possible. Its harder but it is the only way!

Meet the core team

Hi, we are the Hutchi’s. We live in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. We have a passion for simple living, minimalism, and sustainability. With the current economic status in most of the world, but especially in our country, we started researching ways to eat better, live a healthier lifestyle and become debt-free. We decided to share what we have found thus far and in doing so, we hope to encourage you to do the same! We would love for you to follow along on our journey!
